Shipments and returns
YOUR PACK SHIPMENT
Packages are generally dispatched within 4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via GLS or French Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by DHL or Fedex with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We might not be able to group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
General conditions of sale determine the relationship between Spirit of Polo and the client. Any order or purchase made imply acceptance of these conditions.
Terms and conditions
The Customer declares to be a person aged at least 18 years and have the legal capacity or holds parental permission allowing him to place an order on the site. When registering your details in the “Your Account”, it must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the required data it provides. In case of error in the address of the recipient, Spirit of Polo ltd. cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver the product.
Travellers buying Polo Clinics MUST have a valid and appropriate insussurance. In cas of rain, The clubs will do their best to provide some polo trainning but Spirit of Polo cannot be hold responsible for the weather during the stay.
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. Spirit of Polo takes great care in the presentation and description of these products to best inform the customer. However, it is possible that errors may not appear on the Site, which the client recognizes and accepts. Photographs and graphics on the site are only indicative and not binding on the responsibility of the company Spirit of Polo. In the event that a supplier would modify a product, the responsibility for the Spirit of Polo company could not be committed, nor the validity of the sale contract.
The selling prices of products sold on the website Spirit of Polo are net, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Any change in this rate will be reflected immediately on our selling prices. In case of error on the price, Spirit of Polo will contact the client to communicate the correct price. If the customer does not accept the price change, Spirit of Polo will then proceed to the cancellation of the order and reimbursement of all sums paid to Spirit of Polo for the order concerned. Prices are subject to changes without notice at any time and valid only on the website. Import taxes might be applied by the destination’s authorities.
Promotional offers and retrieval of the online store are valid only within the limits of available stocks.
Home delivery or withdrawals in the showroom are the two delivery possibilities offered by Spirit of Polo. Delivery is made to the delivery address given by the customer, provided that it shall be the customer’s home address, or any other individual of your choice residing in the client’s country of residence. Delivery cannot be made to PO boxes.
To ensure that these deadlines are met, the client should ensure that they have submitted accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as: N° street, building, stairs, access codes , names and / or interphone numbers, phone contacts etc.).
The times indicated are target dates, corresponding to the average processing time and delivery. The Spirit of Polo Company cannot be held responsible for consequences due to delayed delivery due to the transportation company.
In case of damaged package (already open, missing products…), the Customer agrees to notify the carrier and the Spirit of Polo Company by any means, within 3 days of receipt of the product.
